I first contacted this company in early May. I spoke with Denise DeVito, who was extremely polite and courteous. She answered each of my many questions and seemed genuine. It was my understanding that pickup of my vehicle was to happen within 7-10 days and that this would be an simple process. After I paid my deposit I had no more contact with this company. My vehicle was not picked up in 10 days. When I attempted to contact the company by phone, no one answered the phone. I emailed the company and received a "general" and insecre response from Andy. He stated that he put in company funds to speed up the pickup and that I should be hearing something soon. It has now been 19 days and my vehicle has not been picked up. No one will return my phone calls, no one answers the phone, and no one is answering my emails. (I have called and emailed for the past 5 days.)
