I contracted with ASA on 4/10/2009 to ship my son's truck from Oregon to Indiana. I chose the Silver plan where they had 10 days to pick up the car. When that didn't happen, they asked for more money to go to the driver so they could get someone to do the transport. I authorized an initial $195.00 deposit to be charged on my credit card. I agreed to add $25.00 to the amount the driver would be paid upon delivery. When it became pretty sure that they were not going to be able to deliver what they advertised (Silver $845.00), I requested my deposit back. Then, they told me the contract I had signed was effective until May 11, 2009. When I called today, they said they would credit my account with the $195.00 back. My point is that they should not advertise the service for $845.00 if they cannot deliver. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Ms. golden was never told that pick up of her vehicle would be in 10 days, times frames are never guaranteed. In fact she was advised that average dispatch could take 10 to 15 days. ASA added company money to accelerate d/p on her behalf and she was advised that she had the option to add $ as well. I repeat, option. We quote realistic prices to move the vehicle, if a customer becomes impatient, that does not translate to a mis-quote
