Terrible Terrible service, when I called Debbie who is the manager or the owner of this company, she was so upbeat and kept telling me I have plenty of time, I asked for my car to be delivered by Jan 9,2009 and this was two weeks earlier, everyday I called she said don't worry still plenty of time. When I called around the 7th of Jan since she never calls me, I am the one that calls everyday, she said still plenty of time. I asked how long does it take to transport a car from California to Texas, she said 4 days, I wonder if she knows how to count, I stressed to her that the agreement was the car be in Texas by the 9th, she came up with all kinds of reasons. I told her it's now the 7th of Jan, what do you mean the car will be in texas on the 9th you just told me it takes 4 days, such an idiot who doesn't know how to count, so how do we expect to trust such ignorant broker.

She already have my 390 dollars for deposit since I planned on having two vehicles shipped, and now she is not giving it back, am reporting to better business bureau how corrupted this company is, also there are lots of other bad reviews I found after about this company.

Ms. Angilau selected the least expensive level of service, insisted on a large discount as well, which she rec,d. She was at no time promised delivery dates. She was playing one company against the others for the lowest rate even though she was clearly advised that a rate reduction could result in delay. She was in fact advised a correct transit time of 4 to 8 days. Despite the above, ASA did dispatch her car in nine days, she became impatient and cancelled upon notification of d/p.
