Ship a Sand Rail

I needed to ship a vehicle from Camp Verde, AZ to Redding, CA. As I didn’t have a clue about the auto transport business, I chose Auto Shippers America (ASA). As I learned later – it was a big mistake to choose this company. They took all my info over the phone and never sent me a fax or email copy of the so-called “contract” to sign. I never saw it until there was a dispute and then I had to ask for it to be faxed to me (05/15/08). The dispute was that about three weeks had gone by since the start of this and ASA hadn’t ever called me to say that a pick-up date had been set or a contract trucking company had ever been hired to haul my vehicle.
I've seen some other reviews which were sterling, but also some others whom felt the same way I do.
For the safeguard of your money & time, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! THEY MAY SCREW YOU!
There are a lot better companies out there whom DO NOT require any "front" money. For a square deal, call Capitol Auto Transport, 888-811-9106. Ask for Andy - tell him (with the AZ sand rail) Greg recommends them!

ASA accomodated Mr. Valentines request and accepted his contract verbally. He was indeed e mailed a contract copy. He had an unusual vehicle and advised that the transmission worked "sometimes". He selected the least expensive level of service due to the fact that he was not in a rush.Because he then became impatient, ASA added company funds twice on his behalf to accelerate dispatch. He terminated his contract early just as ASA was in the middle of the dispatch process.
