I work for an insurance company and had a tent-trailer recovered in Nevada when it was stolen from Washington. We were faced with difficulties in this situation because the cost of transport could easily exceed the value of the trailer. The company we normally use was unable to haul a tent-trailer & when I was shopping around for quotes they were high enough that it appeared we would not be able to return this trailer to it's owner because the cost was greater then it's value. In addition, many of the quotes I was getting were only to haul, which meant that I was expected to negotiate tow companies to meet the hauler first in Nevada, then in Washington to put the vehicle on the truck and to take it off. I didn't think I was going to be able to return this much-loved trailer to my insured. In stepped Debbie, with a reasonable quote and assurances that they would deal with all aspects of the move for the price quoted! She was able to find someone to move the vehicle the very next day. Sooner then anticipated, the vehicle was back in Washington and ready to be delivered to my insured. Debbie even followed up to make sure he was properly notified and that the vehicle was dropped off appropriately. I can not thank Auto Shippers America for making sure that this unfortunate situation was turned around as much as anyone could expect due to the diligent and honest services provided. Thank you!
