Hard to finish the questions when they are geared to the US. Delivery was Vancouver to Toronto. Estimated at first to be 7 to 10 days. After 14 days I called to question the whereabouts of my vehicle. They couldn't really tell me. I thought with GPS and tracking capabilities they could find it or knew how long it was goiing to be. I guess if I had ONSTAR I could have found it in seconds. Pickup was quick, car jockey was a dick. No damage to vehicle. I may have to use this service again in the fall, but first I will shop around for a competative price.
