These people were the worst two I have ever dealt with in my Life, namely Gerry. No morals, no scruples, no intergrity, rude, dishonest and absolutely no respect for your Vehical or belongings. I purchashed my car from (Ben Asay with Dealership Sewell(Great person to deal with) Ben arranged the transport with Texus Auto Shipping out of Dallas I dealt with Will Atwood( he has morals scruples, intergrity, polite, honest, he has been very helpful & supportive ) they brokered out the transport to Autorail they picked up my car on May 23/08 it got to the the blaine boardercrossing ,WA on May 27/08. Broker fee were paid in shippment. A&A custom broker released the car on June 10/08( Great people to deal with). Auto rail had Connuck towing pick it up on June 12,08 where it sat in their yard for another week, that is as far as I could trace my car. I should have never had to do any of that. Back on June 12, I called Gerry and asked if there was any delay at all I would fly to Vancouver and drive the car back to Saskatoon, He tells me It's already being shipped. I should have it early next week. Next week come & go , I call Gerry again asking for a rail car # or some sort of documentation of were the car is, He tells me that is not my business that info was privet between him & CN rail (that"s pure BS!) and tells me he don't have every hour of every day to talk to me and told me he was hanging up I was in SHOCK! he had my Car, my money .
Meanwhile, there was not one rail carrier with my vin# in their system. Also, on Autorails wedsite you can track your vehicle I started on June 12/08 no one every contached me, not even to inform me when the car arrived. Jerry is the type of person in the beginning tells you what he thinks you want to hear, after he can't lie anymore he gets very rude.
I got my car on July 03/08. It looked like it came from a war zone. I write this review to save someone else from the horrors of dealing with Gerry.
