I ordered their service to ship a car expediently for my daughter. They gave me a quote, from there the games began. Raphael stated that he sent emails to me that eventually got to me at 12 midnight. When we did pay with credit card, we never got an order number for our shipment. Our scheduled date for that next week was wrong, with the carrier trying to pick up a day early. (From reading the other reviews I an glad he didn't.) From then on we kept getting the run around, being put on hold and never called back. The last straw was at the end of the week, no carrier showed up and their business line never picked up. They, however had no problem expediting the charge of $150.00 to our card. By the way, call any time during business hours and the only 2 people you get is Raphael, or Rachel.
They should not be allowed to continue in business.
