SCAM COMPANY... Still trying to remove my review.

Last October I contacted this company about transporting a vehicle for me. They seemed nice and honest. I purchased the vehicle and the previous owner was moving so I needed to get it moved within a few weeks. I talked to this company and told them it had to be moved ASAP and they reassured me that they could have it picked up in a few days, a week at the most. So I set up a date for pick up and payed the deposit. A week later nothing, not even a call from the company. So I get ahold of them and offer them almost twice as much money for pick up. They tell they have been having a hard time finding a carrier in that location. But they was "talking" to a guy in the area and said he would be there by the end of the week. End of week comes and nothing. So I email them that I was thinking about getting another carrier to pick up the vehicle and asked for a refund of my deposit. Nothing. No call, no email. so now its been over three weeks and I hire another company that has it picked up within a week. Now I try nicely to get my deposit refunded and LILY avoids calling me back or even emailing me back until I start posting bad reviews about the company. She says they would give me a refund if I remove the negative reviews. So I do, and they don't. I've tried repeatedly to get the refund but nothing. So now they keep trying to get my reviews removed, saying I wasn't a customer. Well I have the contract still so I'll keep posting just in hopes that someone else won't get screwed like I did. I should have checked out out BBB because they have an F.
