SCAM - Ripoff Company

Talked to Lily who claimed to be the owner on 9/25/2012 regarding a quote that I had received. I had some concerns regarding pickup and delivery. She assured me that the vehicle would be picked up within 3-4 days and would be intransit for less than 4 days. I explained that I needed the car delivered by Friday October 5th and she said "not a problem". I agreed to her terms but when I went to give credit card number for the $200 deposit she explained that they only take cash or wire transfers or electronic checks. She gave me an explaination that they have had cases of credit card fraud so this is the only way we can complete the process. 20/20 hinesight I now realize that you are protected by the credit card companies from fraud companies so that is why they wont take a credit card. It is now been 8 days and the Lilly has not returned any of my 11 phone calls. The person who answers the phone said it may be a few WEEKS before the car gets picked up. When I explained that Lilly had assured me - her response was read the contract. " NO REFUNDS and they have unlimited amount of time to fulfill the contract". If I ship the car with someone else or I dont make the car available in a couple weeks when a drivers are found I am the one who broke the contract.
The rep today told me today that they did infact have a driver that left me a message on 9/27 to arrange pick up - but I never returned a call. Besides email they have my home phone, my cell phone, and the destination address phone. All of sudden after 8 days they claim that they tried calling me the day after the order. LIE LIE LIE. As we spoke about several times today, you told me we never dodged a single phone call from you. We did in fact have a driver for you 2 days from the date you scheduled. You have told me you never received a call from us notifying you of the carrier. In refferance to the 2 weeks you are talking about, we never said it would be 2 weeks before we could get you picked up. We notified you that the original carrier you missed said they would be back in that location and could pick you up in 2 weeks if we could not locate another carrier for you. Like I told you on the phone, this review is well boyond the negative review we should have received if you though we should have received one. I undersatnd you too are a business owner and refund all of your unsattisfied customers, but each customer has its own story and is handled on a per case basis. If you reveiwed us as late for pick-up, in my opinion that still would have been to harsh because we did have a carrier available but a SCAM company is not in order at all. I told you I will continue to search for a carrier but there is no guarantee we can have it to you by this Saturday or Sunday since we missed the other carrier. If you decide to drive the vehicle out there yourself, the only thing I would be willing to do is offer you a credit towards your next shipment and that would be under the condition you remove this horribly untrue review. I apologize if there was any miscommunication, but as i explained to you earlier, we have a complete log of every time a driver calls in and we have to call our customers immediately.
