Poor communication, not on time

Only reason not 1 star is because everyone else I dealt with was even worse. Great communication until you actually agree to use them then I never received drivers contact info. "Once you sign the contract I'll email the drivers info right over to you" Never happened. "The car will be picked up tomorrow and delivered the next day" Delivered two days later and was super inconvenient because #1 I didnt hear from driver until 2hs before delivery #2 three people contacted me (which is REALLY the driver??) and none could answer simple "what time will you be here? , Where is best place to meet/unload?" #3 Driver did not speak english!
