I normally never complain about poor or deceptive practices. I simply do not do business with that business again. In this case, I must give Auto Movers USA a poor review and state that they are terrible.

In short, they promised to have my car picked up in New York and delivered to Florida 3 weeks ago. So far, all I have heard is we cannot find a driver or the driver "flaked out on us": or every excuse possible. When I have called them, they promise to call back with a pick up time. The call never comes.

The people I have dealt with are Jesus and Ernie.

I called yesterday and they told me that they could not pick the car up and I might as well see if I could find another company. Wow...this after 3 weeks of promises.

As I said, I normally only give out great reviews. I am in business myself and realize how much reviews can make or break your business. I get the strong feeling that the crew at Auto Movers USA could care less about customer satisfaction. They should never have sent me a signed contract to pick up a car in New York if they could not get a driver. And, for a supposedly "expert company", it should have been no problem to get a driver to New York (they had 3 weeks.!

In closing, I strongly recommend you seek another company. These guys are amateurs.

There, now I feel better! I guess I am going to have to drive the car myself which I will do. At least I know it will get there!!!!

We appreciate you for sharing your experience and providing the updates on the service received thus far. We regret to learn of the inconvenience you have experienced and thank you for your patience during the time. We would like to point out some things: 1. We previously delivered a 1993 Mercedes-Benz 400-Class for your colleague coming from Tampa, FL to your location in Plattsburgh, NY on August 14th. 2. You informed us of a second vehicle to transport (2007 Toyota Corolla) back down to Florida and we dispatched it to the same driver (Tom) for pick up in Plattsburgh on August 16. 3. The driver kept full communication with you at all times by phone and text. He informed you of a blown transmission on his truck on August 16. You agreed to wait until the following week to see if the truck would be out of the shop and available for pick up. On August 21st he informed you it might take until the end of the week and suggested "looking for another transporter and not holding yourself up". 4. Jesus and Ernie were both in communication with you while they were attempting to dispatch to a second driver and informed you of the difficulty due to the location in Plattsburg, NY. Unfortunately, we were unable to transport the second vehicle but please understand we cannot foresee the inconveniences a driver may encounter on the road. We care about our customers and truly apologize for the inconvenience.
