MARK RANDALL is an honest and trustworthy person. When he called me about my service inquiry, he promised to call me back within 48 hrs, but he called me back less than 24hrs and said, “You don’t not to pay any deposit, “I am going to find you a carrier and then we will talk about the deposit.” The next day he called to inform me that he found a carrier which is willing to ship my vehicle for the price I was offering and they can pick up your vehicle in two days and deliver the vehicle in 7 to 10 days depending on the weather. I was excited and said this could not be true. He said, “I am not joking.” He kept he promise and my vehicle was delivered to me in 4 days at my surprise. The driver is an excellent and polite person. Honestly, I have had bad experiences with lot of Auto Transport Brokers most of them are shady and dishonest. AUTO J and D TRANSPORTATION LLC is exceptional and from my previous with other Auto Transport Brokers, I can say they are the best. I will definitely do business with them again and especially with MARK RANDALL. Thanks for your service
