I had my 2017 HONDA CR-V transported from Salem, Oregon to Irving, Texas in February this year. Auto J & D had quoted me a price and later charged me EXTRA $50 after I had signed a contract. When I asked Allen, a sales rep who I was dealing with about an extra charge, he told me not to worry because it would be refunded. My last conversation with Allen was on 3/05 and, again, he assured me I would get my money back and apologized for taking so long due to his sickness. I demanded one final time to refund my money on 4/14. I received NO REPLIES, NO RESPONSES and NO REFUND!
