Contacted this company for a transport and they delivered on that promptly, hence the 2 stars. Other than than the driver showed up 5 hours late after dark, and wanted to load up vehicle on the side of a busy highway near my home which is on a very accessible street for trucks!? After seeing my vehicle, a slightly lifted F-150, he said that no one told him of the vehicle size and he would be charging more money. Told and J&D and they curtailed that. Vehicle was delivered 2 days before the agreed delivery date so no one was available to accept the vehicle, so the driver dropped it off, took pics, which is good at least, then put the keys in a place on the property that wasn’t at all secure. To top it off, he set the parking brake which I told him was into and unable to be released if set, and put a sign on the steering wheel mentioning not to set it.. He did anyway and now it’s un drivable until the brake gets fixed. The trucking co was Fastex LLC out of Denver. If you get this one, think twice.
