I arranged for drop - off of my car shortly before leaving New Orleans. I had to re-arrange drop-off for five days later. This meant that I had to also change the contact information and drop-off location. Of course while I spent a good twenty to thirty minutes on the phone with the company representative going over this information none of it was actually changed in my account. When my car arrived approximately a month and a half later (with no contact from the company as to when it had actually left New Orleans so that I knew it was coming) the car was dropped off at the wrong drop-off address. It was left illegally parked in front of the residence. Luckily I had an extra key otherwise, I would have been waiting for approximately a week and a half. While I was told that the keys would be dropped off the next day they were not (it was impossible to contact the person driving the car as they had no cell phone and apparently the company could not contact them either). I was told the keys were being dropped in the mail (even though there was a mail box at the house in front of which they left the car). I then received a call week later informing me that the keys were actually waiting to be picked up at a flea bag motel in midtown. I then had to go to said motel to get the keys. None of these riciolous circumstances seemed out of the ordinary to Mike or Don at the New Orleans office. I also paid $475 for a drive away when I've been quoted around $600 for a carrier service. Do not use this company.

This review is extremely inaccurate. We have all of the paperwork to show the date of the drop-off and the date of the delivery, not one and a half months. When the driver attempted to deliver this vehicle, he was unable to reach anyone at the delivery point. The address that was given to us was the one that was delivered to. The driver did not feel safe leaving keys to an unattended car in the vehicle, so they were left with the hotel desk of the hotel the driver stayed in. All paperwork was completed before the vehicle was dropped off at our location, and the paperwork was signed by the owner stating that all information was correct, including the delivery address. If anyone at the delivery point had answered a phone call from the driver or the Auto Driveaway office, we could have made arrangements to deliver the vehicle wherever the customer wanted us to deliver. The vehicle was not illegally parked.
