My car was spared hail damage on 4/27/2011 from the storm that blew through due to smart thinking and action by the driver. He stopped under an underpass to let the storm pass by. Thousands of other cars had broken windows and dents due to golf ball to baseball sized hail. Also, he was patient on pickup for the shipper to get his paperwork together creating an hour delay. I would use the service again, but negotiate the rate if fuel prices changed. +++
