After giving a few other companies a try I began emailing Craig about transporting my car, even though I told him I already had a company that I went with with a very low price which was not getting my car picked up. Wow I was so impressed with his knowledge and the info he was telling me about this business. And his willingness to email me back and forth without even having my business at the time. So I told him if he could beat the price of a company I was trying I would give him my business ! He did everything he could do to get my car on a truck ! He always got back with me my email or the phone. When ever I had a question or to keep me updated.
I would get random call checking in on me to see if the car had arrived. With me being in Oregon and Craig in Florida he was still reachable when it was 11 PM in his state ....NOW THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST !! THANKS AGAIN Craig and AUTO CENTRAL TRANSPORT ....You ROCK
