UPDATE 2/4/13 They are claiming that I was never a customer and had my review deleted on Transport Review. I have been in contact with the website and have provided them with my signed contract from Auto Central Transport to prove I am a paid customer. If they will lie about something like that just to hide a bad review, you can be sure they will lie about pretty much anything to get your money. Here is my original review that they did not like so they had to lie and get it removed. I will also provide TR with credit card statements to prove they charged my cards. Mark and Craig, you will not win this one. I will get my money back from you.

Mark Anthony contacted me about shipping my 1996 Chevy Astro Van from Monticello, Florida to Staten Island, New York. It felt like I was talking to my best friend on the phone. He cared so much about me being happy and getting the van to me and all that jazz. So I decided to book with them and paided a $150 deposit to them using two credit cards. Got the contract emailed to me a couple of weeks before I was going to have them put out the bid to ship. Contract clearly states that if I cancel without having another company ship the car, they will refund the money. After about a week, I decided that I would go down to Florida and pick up the van myself. Get a mini vacation out of it and see some family. So I emailed Mark a few times and heard nothing back from them. Finally decided to call and of course the number I have reached them at a few times all of the sudden is "You have the wrong number" and a quick hang up. Eventually I get Mark on the phone to ask where my refund is and the thing he is most concerned about is "what number did you call" and "where did you find this number?" Gone was that best friend from before and it was replaced with a rude jerk that just wanted me off the phone. I was told it takes five business days to process the refund so I waited and nothing happened. No money. Then I called a number they posted on their Facebook page and Craig told me it takes 7-14 business days to get a refund. Seemed like another bull story but I waited and nothing. So now I am out $150 and it has been nearly a month since I requested the refund. Emails do not get returned and phone calls go unanswered. My next step is to file a claim in small claims court against theses crooks. I have to do that in South Florida so when they lose the case, they will also have to cover my travel expenses and work lost to do all this. It will end up cost them over thousand dollars just because they tried to steal my money from me. There are literally hundreds of shipping companies or brokers out there, I recommend NOT using Auto Central Transport. Contact me and I will be happy to talk to you about it.

Complaints have been filed with the Florida Attorney Generals Office, FTC, Broward County, BBB (who they have an F rating with) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I am sure I will eventually get my money back either from them or through disputes with my credit cards but I am going to make it hard on them so they don't try to screw over any other people.

2/14/13 Looks like the company has changed their name and are also doing business as Eship Auto Trans (http://eshipautotrans.com). Beware of them as well because they are the same people.
