I spent about 10 days receiving quotes and reading reviews and educating myself about this previously unknown business. I'm not sure why I finally called Auto Central Transport, I think it was their website which came across as professional but not too corporate or too large a company. Mark was excellent on the phone and throughout the process. No hard sell, he simply explained the process. When the trucker ran into problems and didn't get back to me on the pickup day, I let Mark know.

The trucker then contacted me the next morning and apologized and arranged for pickup that morning, and when I told Mark, he had already put in a request for a new trucker, which he then rescinded. As it turned out, the trucker, Brito's Trucking, used a 2 man driving team and my car was shipped to CA in a ridonculous 60 hours. So they more than made up for being one day late.

I would definitely work with Mark and this company again. Very professional and no nonsense.
