I was told I would be contacted when the car was picked up; I was not. The place where the car was picked up called me, and when I called to ask why I wasn't notified, they told me to consider this call to be the notificaiton.

The car was delivered at night, and it was difficult to inspect, due to darkness. The next day, I notified my contact of a few problems, and that some of them may have been caused during delivery. I was told no problem, just check everything out and let me know. I verified the damage, and emailed my contact. I then sent him an estimate of the damage. After several days of ignoring my complaint, he then notified me that the time frame just expired for filing a claim. I was given a number to call to file the claim, but only after the "expiration time" to file a claim.

I would never use these guys again, but if you do, make sure you take delivery in a well lit area, and file a claim (and send it certified, so you get proof they got it).
