Excellent customer service. Craig gave me his cell phone number and always picked up when I called with questions even when he was out of the office. I had originally contracted another company to ship my car for $750 but they failed to get me a driver by the day we had agreed upon. Frantic to move my car, I called Auto Central Direct and Craig informed me about how the auto shipping industry works which was very helpful (i.e. auto shipping is not the place to bargain shop). They found me a driver 3 days after I called in. My car was delivered late because the truck driver had an issue with her truck, but that's not Auto Central Direct's fault since they rely on outside trucking companies to supply drivers.
