I was quoted a $695 pick up and delivery price, and was informed there would be no hidden charges or price changes, "the price is the price" I was told. The salesman said just put $195 down, and we will assign a driver who will contact you within 24 hours to let me know when to expect delivery. I then went over pick up procedure since I wanted the pick up driver to call me if there was any damage to the car when he picked it up. I was told that would not be a problem they would notate the account. Three days later I called the transporters back because no one had contacted me for pick up. No one answered so of course I left a message. Tom from customer service called me back and left a message saying I needed to call immediately they had a driver ready to pick up the car that day, and didn't want me to miss him. I called back within 5 minutes, and Tom informed me that I had to pay another $100 in order to have it picked up that day. When I asked him why he would not honor the quoted price he said he could not find a driver who would do it for that price. Of course I was puzzled because why would you quote a price unless you had someone to do it for that price? I asked him to give my deposit back, and I would find another company. He stated that he could not do that because they would eventually find someone to do it for that price. I asked how long that might take...months? He informed me that is could take months or more, plus I would be out my $195 if I switched. Since I was cornered I agreed to do it. I was given the drivers info in case I had questions for him. I called the driver three times over the next couple days and no one picked up or called me back. I finally got a call from the driver when he was an hour away from my house! He had such a heavy accent I could barely understand what he was saying. Any questions I asked were irrelevant because I did not know what he was answering. He dropped off the car heavily damaged. There were over 15 items marked as damaged. he had no explanation, just kept saying sign here sign here I am not responsible. I called the dealer, and the transporter who again would not take my calls to try to get this figured out. I finally had to let the driver go, and try to figure it out on my own. After a few attempts I finally got through to Tom, and he laughingly informed me there was nothing I could do, and I should go "bitch" to someone else. When I asked why he did not have the driver call as agreed, and honor his end of the deal he said "because I dont have to". I think I can honestly say I have never gotten such terrible or shady service. Actually, this can't even be called service. I hope others read this before they give this company money instead of after like I did. I noticed they have a lieing response waiting for everyone who writes these reviews. Just remember, everyone can't be wrong!

Hi Leslie Porter, you tried to trick the transport truck driver in to inspecting the car you bought sight unseen for free and if it was not as the seller described you wanted him to not pick up the car. That is not his job. He is a car transporter, not your free inspection service! The vehicle you bought had too many dents and dings to mark off on the condition report. You want to blame us, him, every body but yourself for buying a lemon. I think people who read this will see through you. You are the dishonest one!
