Worst company I have ever dealt with

When I first called to get my initiat quote, everything was great. Jessica was very helpful, telling me my car was definitly be picked up on the day I needed it, and telling me what I would be charged upon delivery. Then, the day before my car was to be picked up I got a call... not from them, but from the trucker, saying my car would be picked up 2 days later. When I called auto transport to find out why I was not informed of this earlier... even when I had called the week before just to make sure my car was still being picked up Thursday, they said that they had found out the week before and "someone was supposed to of called me". Then they tried to say it wasn't a big deal that I was going to already be out of state and I should just leave it with a neighbor or something. Once that was finally done, I thought this mess was over. The day before pick up, the driver calls me and tells me that I owe $500 on pickup, which was $50 more then my contract showed. Upon calling I had to have someone physcially transfer me because I kept getting voice mail.. the customer service person claimed a person had called me and spoken to me about the surcharge, they even had a date and time, and I had zero calls from them on that date, let alone at that time. She kept telling me the first price is just an estimate, but I read the contract and no where in there does it say that they can increase the price on you.

They have done nothing but lie to me, then cheat me out of extra money. No one holds the sales people accountable, or offers you anything for the time and effort you go through fixing and sorting out the messes they made.

I wish I had read all these reviews before because I would have realized they will tell you anything just to sign a contract then won't hold their own employees accountable to tell you when things don't go as was planned. They also clearly don't care about making customers happy, so don't even try to get some money back... even when they steal it from you in the first place.
