At the beginning od July, 2011, I contracted them to ship my Harley motorcycle from Oregon to Louisiana for $695.00 and gave them a $195.00 deposit and electronically "signed" their agreement. After 3 weeks, I called them and was told that they were having a hard time finding a driver that would accept the $500 to piick up my motorcycle.

Two days later they called and said that they had a driver but ti would cost an additional $300. I told them that wasn't what their quote said and I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted full refund. Tom in their "Customer Service" department told me that no driver would pick it up for$500 and there would keep my deposit if cancelled. He also said that it could stay on the board forever at the price I was quoted. I feel that they quoted me an unrealistic price to get me to send them a deposit and then call me with a story about how no driver would take it for $500.

While trying to negotiate with Tom, he was very rude and hung up on me. Fortunately, a driver called me at the price with the $300 added to the board before they took it down. I explained what happened and he said that he would deliver the bike for $600, so I worked directly with him and got my Harley delivered last Friday.

If you send this company a deposit, there's a good chance you will lose it unless they quoted a high enough price to actually have your vehicle shipped. There are a lot of good companies out there but these rats ought to be put out of business!

Karl Poley, it was YOU who drove the price of your transport up by hiring two brokers! We HAD to post your job at a price higher than the other company you hired so that WE could get a driver. Let this be a lesson to all readers. ONLY BOOK WITH ONE BROKER. If you book with two or more brokers you are screwing yourself over!
