Everything was hectic trying to find a transporter to move my parents car. Twice a year my parents move from Florida to NYC and back. The transporter they usually use drastically raised their prices so I had to search for a new company for them. I had no clue what to expect; what's considered a "good deal" and how to know when you can trust someone. I searched the Internet for days filling out quotes and they were pretty much the same. Some were high, some extremely low and some in the middle. They all promised the same things which made my decision harder until I got an email from Ashley. Her email was so different from the rest that I decided to give the company a call. She took over 30 mins out of her day to explain the process from start to finish. I felt so bad asking so many questions but Ashley was happy to answer them all. On top of all that she offered something that no one else did, a guarantee that my parents car would be picked up in 5 days or she'll refund my money. I was a little worried when I was told that she worked out of her home especially after the horror stories about those "kind of people"; but, she had been so honest from the beginning that I decided I would go with this company especially with the money back guarantee, I couldn't go wrong. I am grateful I did choose her and her company. My parents car was picked up the next day and arrived on time without a scratch. Whew! Everything Ashley said would happen did. I highly recommend anyone looking for an honest company to call Ashley. It's so funn;, she joked that- she's a little fish in a big pond but it just allows her to get more personal with her clients. It's so true because I really felt taken care of, my parents car was on time and unharmed and my parents were very happy. Great company, great customer service and great person to do business with.
