Needed to ship a car from Norfolk VA to Seattle WA. Initial contact and price was good (I was prepared to up the cost as needed due to a tight shipping time frame). Contacted/contracted 2 months ahead of need. No contact at all from company (Auto Cargo Export) and no show on the desired shipping date. Company advertised available for contact 7 days/wk but given phone # had message stating office only open 8-5 M-F, leave message and # for call back. Left numerous messages over 5 days and didn’t get any return calls. Email replies were sketchy indicating a truck broke down … after 3 days of frustration trying to get info got another “truck broke down” email. I finally went with another broker. Sharing my miserable experience to help other avoid the same. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. FOR Auto Cargo Export - I encourage you to improve your communications and customer service or simply het out do the business. Your performance was simply pitiful and, as a military member who ships cars every 2-3 years, I will share my experience and warn all to avoid your company at every chance I get. Mwb
