I used this company to have a car shipped. They take my 100 upfront and tell me that my ship date is no problem! I make payment and they tell me I will get shipment confirmation in 24 hours. The last day my car is suppose to ship out I do not have delivery confirmation. I call and speak with Art who tells me they are waiting for the truck to fill up with other cars before they come and pick up mine!! They didn't mention this when I was paying, only after I paid!! So its a possibility they won't be able to pick up the car on the day I asked for previously and they said was fine!! I mention this and im told by Art well you picked the cheapest shipping so we have to wait for a full truck. Once again before I paid, they tell me they had a truck and my date would be no issue, once I pay they change things!! Also, they tell me 100 upfront and 805 to the driver COD when he drops the car off! WRONG!!! I had to pay 900 to the driver not 805 like our agreement stated!!!I had to pay 900 and I send the transportation company the emails and they send me a screen shot where this company booked the job with his company for 900 COD not 805 like I was quoted and my contract states, I ended up having to pay the 900 because they hold your car hostage until they get paid!!! I saw the paperwork myself, as the delivery driver showed me the paperwork from AutoCargoExport LLC showing 900 to be collected COD!!! They ripped me off!! NEVER AGAIN, I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, THEY ALL END UP BEING ABOUT THE SAME PRICE anyway so don't let this company Make you thing they can do it cheaper than anyone else because they can't!! In the end it will cost you the same amount!! Might as well know upfront what you are actually going to be paying. Also, not to mention I tried to call Art and he wouldn't answer the phone but when I called from a different phone number he answered!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMPANY

Shipment different that was described, car was filled with house hold and personal stuff our policy is clear, can't use your car as a shipping container.
