This is the hands down worst company in any industry I have ever dealt with. I made the arrangements to ship my car before my graduation ceremony and the carrier never showed up. When I called, an employee told me that the car would not be picked up. This added immense stress and confusion to my graduation weekend for both myself and my family.
The entire team at Atlas is unknowledgable, disorganized and unreliable. Not to mention the fact that Wolfgang, one of the company's main contacts, is a convicted felon for drugs. Please, do not ever call this company. Their quotes are low but the customer service is despicable. They took advantage of me on the phone, broke a verbal agreement and avoided my phone calls. They are indescribably unprofessional and I insist that all readers avoid this company at all costs.
