The staff at Atlas called everyday to secure me as a customer; however once my deposit was paid they spoke to me as if I owed them something. The staff accepted no accountabilityfor their vendors failing to honor the original contract and made little effort to ensure my satisfaction. Not only would I never use them again, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to ensure that no other consumer deals with the disregard that I was exposed to as a paying customer.

The original contract was for my car to be picked up on Wednesday June 9th and delivery the next day on the 10th. Pick up occurred on the 10th with no communication from the company nor the driver. All information provided came secondary to my consistent efforts to call every few hours to check the status on my car.

Today is June 12th and my car has yet to arrive. The driver is not answereing his cell phone and Atlas has many excuses, delivered with disrespectful tone and disregard.
