My order was placed and confirmed on 20 Aug 09. My pickup late was to be NLT 31 Aug. The company said that it would contact me with the drivers information, 24-48 HOURS before scheduled pickup. Needless to say this never happened. We continously made efforts to contact the company via our account manager(Scott). Scott either wasn't available or would not return our phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
