I contacted them on June 18, 2009 and inquired about shipping a vehicle in an enclosed trailer on or about June 29th, 2009 from Bergen NY to Missouri. I called again on June 25 to let them know the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Patricia East said she would move the status up to ASAP. I called on June30th and July 2nd and both times Patricia said she would look into it and get back to me which she never did. After calling on July 6th,7th,and 8th and getting no answer I had to dispute the credit card charge to get my money back and make arrangements to have the vehicle shipped before storage fees started.
