TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS, VIEWERS AND MR. CRESPO. I WOULD LIKE TO CLARIFY THE STATEMENTS MADE ABOUT OUR COMPANY ATLANTIC GLOBAL LLC.

FIRST ALLEGATIONS: THE RATE OF $2,000 INCLUDED TAXES AND FEES AT DESTINATION ARE COMPLETELY FALSE. IN OUR ORIGINAL QUOTE CONTRACTS SENT OUT TO EVERY CUSTOMER, YOURSELF IF WE SENT YOU ONE AND YOU ARE NOW REVIEWING OUR COMPANY, TAKE A LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTACT WHERE IT STATES DESTINATION CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED. THERE IS NO COMPANY THAT WILL INCLUDE DESTINATION TAXES AND DUTY. IN ANY CASE, OUR BOOKING FORM ALSO REMINDS EACH CUSTOMER OF THE SAME FACT. DESTINATION TAXES AND FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

SECOND ALLEGATION: THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INSURED. IN MY EMAILS TO MR. CRESPO I EXPLAINED THAT BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS MADE IN 1973. IT COULD NOT BE INSURED BECAUSE VEHICLES OLDER THAN 5 YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE INSURED WHEN SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO. EVEN AFTER THE CLAIM, WE EXPLAINED TO HIM, THAT WE TOLD HIM IT COULD NOT BE INSURED AND STILL HE DECIDED TO ADD IT IN THIS REVIEW THAT WE ADVISED OTHERWISE, WHICH WE DID NOT.

TO ADD TO THIS... THE VEHICLE WAS BUT A FRAME. BARELY PAINTED. AFTER REALIZING THAT THE LINES WOULDN'T TAKE THIS VEHICLE WE QUICKLY FOUND A SOLUTION FOR MR. CRESPO AND ALTHOUGH MORE COSTLY, DID NOT CHARGE HIM ANY EXTRA. WE FELT WE WERE RESPONSIBLE TO ASSIST HIM AND PROVIDE HIM WITH GOOD SERVICE. SO WE DID NOT ADD THE ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE RATE. WE LEFT IT AS IS TO NOT UPSET HIM AS HE EXPLAINED IT WAS A VEHICLE MEANT FOR SALE AND HE WANTED TO SPEND MINIMUM.

THE PROCESS OF THE SHIPMENT OF THIS VEHICLE IS ONLY 7 DAYS. THE CUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL.

WE DID REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE UNLOADING CHARGES AT DESTINATION BECAUSE WE FELT IT WOULD NOT BE FAIR TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO DO PAY THEIR OWN DESTINATION CHARGES AS ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS DO. THIS CUSTOMER FELT SIMPLY BECAUSE HE HARASSED US, HE WOULD AVOID PAYING FEES AT DESTINATION. AS HE MENTIONED THIS VEHICLE WAS A PROJECT MEANING IT WAS BEING RESTORED FOR SALE. OBVIOUSLY THIS CUSTOMER DID RESEARCH ABOUT THE INCOME OF OUR COMPANY AND DECIDED WE WOULD BE GOOD CANDIDATES TO SHIP HIS VEHICLE WHERE HE WOULD HARASS US TO PAY DESTINATION CHARGES SO THERE WOULD BE A LARGER PROFIT ON HIS SALE. NOW PLEASE MAKE NOTE THIS IS JUST AN ASSUMPTION DEVELOPED FROM THE EVIDENCE DEMONSTRATED TO US.

WE OFFERED TO COMPENSATE HIM ON THE RETURN OF THE VEHICLE, TO COMPENSATE HIM FOR CHARGES HE HAD TO PAY. WHICH IN REALITY ARE NOT OUR CONCERN BECAUSE ALL CUSTOMERS PAY THIS AT DESTINATION. IN ANY CASE HE REFUSED THIS DEAL AND WANTED CASH ONLY. AT THIS POINT WE FELT WE WERE BECOMING A VICTIM OF A SCAM.

AS HE STATED THE VEHICLE WAS A FRAME. WE DEBATED, HOW CAN IT BE DAMAGED ESPECIALLY IN A CONTAINER. WE DID NOT CALL HIM A LIAR WE SIMPLY FELT IT WAS VERY UNLIKELY CONSIDERING IT'S JUST A FRAME OF A VEHICLE NOT EVEN NEWLY PAINTED AS HE STATES.

IN ANY CASE WE ARE NOT CLUELESS, ESPECIALLY WITH AN INCOME AS HE REVEALS WE OBVIOUS LY ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. MOST OF OUR CLIENTS ARE REPEATING CUSTOMERS. WE ARE PROFESSIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS THAT PROVIDE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS WITH UTMOST RESPECT AND SERVICE. ISSUES MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR TRANSPORT, THIS WE DO NOT INTEND TO HIDE, IN SHIPPING, WE RELY ON MANY PEOPLE, DRIVERS, CUSTOMERS BROKERS, STEAMSHIP LINE AGENTS, PORT WORKERS SO YES, SOMETIMES ISSUES OCCUR, BUT YOU CAN COUNT ON US TO FIX THEM AND CARE FOR THEM.

AS OF TODAY. NO LEGAL ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM MR. CRESPO. BECAUSE PERHAPS HE HAS REALIZED THAT THERE IS NO CASE AS WE DID NOTHING WRONG.
