I needed to ship my son's car from southern California to him in West Virginia where he is attending college. After making several phone calls and hearing nightmare stories from co-workers, I discovered my neighbor used Joe to ship her daughter's car to Oralando in February of this year. She is a particular business woman and she was pleased with Joe's assistance as well as the truck driver who got her daughter's car to her. I called Joe, who very patiently answered all my questions on a Friday night as he was closing for the weekend. I told him my father lived in Ohio, 45 minutes from my son's university. He checked the price for shipping the car to both locations and advised me it would be cheaper to ship to my father's address. Joe not only saved me $200 by having me ship to my father's address, but he also hooked me up with a very professional driver who provided me with his cell phone number. I spoke to the driver daily and was able to verify the car was to be delivered on the day the driver estimated. I was more than pleased with the overall experience and I will refer friends and family to Joe. Thanks Joe for patiently helping me as well as for putting a smile on my son's face with his car arriving on time and in one piece! You are the best!
