I was needing to transport my daughter's car in a short amount of time. This was the FIRST time I had ever done this(never admit that to anyone who calls you). I received TONS of calls and emails and I began "researching" all the companies. Some were eliminated strictly due to reviews, some due to their attitudes. Ultimately I settled with car delivery usa who found tes transport to service me...this was on Monday the 9th. The vehicle was to be picked up that day, then tes driver says truck is being worked on it will be Tuesday, then Tuesday truck driver said still being worked on it would be Wednesday. so I asked him please call me first thing Wednesday morning and let me know what time you will be here because I stayed home all day Tuesday waiting and you never came. he assured me he would call first thing Wednesday morning and let me know what time to expect him. Well by noon I was stressing (becauseI hadn't heard from him, couldn't get ahold of him and was worried that it would be another it will be tomorrow story and couldn't reach the original broker at car delivery usa and have never hear back from them do not use them)so I called another agent that had emailed me in the same price range. Joe Gallo with Assurance Auto Transport. I explained my situation to him and in no time at all he had me a carrier (DBN) and could have the vehicle picked up immediately. So I said yes (hesitantly because I was scared i'd have the same outcome). Much to my surprise the vehicle was not only picked up on time but was delivered even earlier than the driver had estimated! :) The vehicle was in the same condition as when he picked it up. He only charged the quoted price, it was simply awesome service from both companies. PLEASE HEAR ME WHEN I SAY THIS DO NOT SHOP AROUND(YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED) CONTACT JOE GALLO AT ASSURANCE AUTO TRANSPORT TO GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Also when the other driver finally called he ended up hanging up on me when he found out the car was gone and also the owner of the transport company called me and was rude and tried to say that they had told me it would be on Wednesday night pick up from the beginning which they DID NOT and ended up hanging up on me. :( not a way to keep/get business! AND JUST SO YOU KNOW I WAS IN NO WAY COMPENSATED FOR THIS REVIEW(SOMETHING ELSE CROOKED COMPANIES DUE SO THAT YOU SEE LOTS OF GOOD REVIEWS FOR THEM)
