The overall service was very good. The transporter asked that we be able to move the date of pickup four days earlier than planned. We were not able to make that date, but were able to accommodate 3 days earlier than planned. The pickup ended being a half hour to an hour later than discussed on the phone, but was not a real problem. The vehicle arrived at the destination on time and as planned. There was no concern for damage to or the safety of the vehicle.
