I had my car delivered from Virginia to California because my daughter started a job there. Seeing as I had no place to drop it off Joe suggested that I have it dropped at the volkswagon dealership. The car was drove onto the truck at Norfolk when it got dropped inCalifornia it was signed off for no body damage. When the dealer went to start it all the warning lights went off. Both wheel sensors were broke. The dealer signed a letter and took pictures stating that it was from a wrong strap down on the carrier. I called Assurance Auto Transport and was told it was between me and the driver. After tracking down the driver I found their insurance has a deductible so the driver has to pay. They do not answer E-mail or phone calls. After further research I found while Joe is proud of his 5 star rating he bait and switched me to a 1 star company. After I wrote my first bad review he told Transport review I was not a customer. I had to send in bank statements to prove I was. It is easy to be a good company when things go well. It's when things go bad is where integrity comes to play. I want nothing except the cost of repairs for the damage caused during shipping.I want nothing extra just to be treated fairly I don't think that is to much to ask. I would be happy if Joe could get the company he brokered it out to to fix this. They will not answer me. I would suggest using a company that has it's own trucks. When you read his rebuttal keep in mind he claimed I was not a customer of his to stop my last review.

Our excellent record and reputation speaks for itself. We take your vehicle move very seriously. Assurance Auto Transport is very selective with the carriers that we assign to our customers vehicles. This review can easily be discredited by asking yourself one question: Why would any shipping company tell a customer to ship their car to a dealership? Shipping companies DO NOT tell customers where to deliver their vehicles this can only be ordered by the customer not the broker which is signed on a consent form. This reviewer tried to commit INSURANCE FRAUD and he got caught. He is using this review as a blackmail tactic to try and force us to have the insurance company to pay on a fraudulent claim. This review has repeatedly been deleted by the reviewer in order to erase our companys rebuttal and hide the facts from you the reader. Please read the facts below: This vehicle was inspected and signed off on by both parties for any damages upon pickup and delivery. This is always done to insure that the vehicle is delivered in the same condition as it was picked up. This car was being transported to a dealership because it needed repairs and now the customer is trying to have the bill for the repair paid by the trucking companys insurance company. FIVE DAYS after the vehicle was dropped off, inspected and signed for, the dealer finds an electrical problem with a sensor. According to the customer the carrier is to blame. Regardless, we immediately supply the customer with all of the carriers insurance information so he can file a claim with the insurance company and the insurance company can do their investigation. Apparently the insurance company did not buy into this reviewers BOGUS claim. INSURANCE FRAUD is taken very serious by insurance companies. Unfortunately there is always going to be people who try to abuse the system for their benefit. Thank you for reading this.
