Dealing with Assurance was easy and I was given all the necessary details by my contact, Joe Gallo. How the price was determined was a clear and open process. (BTW I couldn't drive the car from CA to NC for the final price of $875 all in).

The dates of my pickup and delivery were somewhat flexible within a week or so (in May) and the carrier easily met those parameters.

They picked up my car a location close to work for my convenience and delivered the car to my home, which included some rural roads that were difficult for the truck to handle.

All drivers were friendly and considerate.

Overall a good experience and I would use them again.
