Joe was great. We got a bid at the price he suggested. The car was picked up on the first day of the window and delivered several days early with no issues. Joe said he carefully researches the carriers and ours seemed honest and straightforward. We didn't have to suffer through one of those terrible experiences where the carrier demands extra money before they will offload the car. Our only tiny complaint, which isn't Joe's fault, was the carrier kept us waiting all day for pick up. They wouldn't give us a pick up time, then said the afternoon, and then when they gave us a time they kept calling back and delaying a little more. Car didn't get picked up till 7pm and that was only with us meeting them at a truck stop. Then on the inspection receipt they checked that the car was inspected at night, which it was, but only because they were late and wanted to meet at a dark truck stop. Like I said, not a big deal, just a little annoying while you are trying to do everything else that goes into moving.

I would definitely use Assurance again.
