Worked with Joe, who was very helpful. I received a shipment confirmation about 20 minutes after accepting the quote and the shipment was for the following day. It was picked up in the morning and delivered that evening. The whole process went very well. The only minor issues were that the driver was about 1.5 hours late picking up the car. While the driver was always readily available via his cell phone, I had a hard time talking to him. I think it was just the combination of using a cell phone in a truck cab and the driver having a heavy accent. However, overall, it was a good experience and I would do it again with Joe.
