Had to move from Nashville to Los Angles for school/work and used Aryan Transport for shipping my 4-door sedan across the country. Aryan's representative, Shawn, was very helpful with his explanation on how the process works from start to finish.
Some general observations: I lived on a small street and had to drive about 3 miles to meet the carrier and his 18-wheeler. Expect to do the same if you are in a similar situation. Like wise, if you are moving to an area that is not accessible to 18-wheelers, then you should expect to have to meet that carrier at a location that is close by your residence. The driver who was responsible for moving my vehicle was very thorough in his pre-inspection of the vehicle. My one negative mark of the whole experience was that along the way, somebody with greasy hands left hand prints on my driver-side door when they entered/exited the vehicle. A little clean up would have been a nice touch. Or maybe, employees should have some gloves made available to them so that they do not soil the inside of the vehicles they are moving. To end on a positive note, my vehicle was in the exact same shape that it was before I left it and the odometer was the same as when they picked it up.
