They were not prompt and in fact I had canceled the order due to their lack of responsiveness. However, Shawn said he would keep looking. He got in touch with me 2 days later and all was arranged for pick up that afternoon. Hw was supposed to ask the driver if he would transport a battery charger for the cart. He failed to do so. Consequently, I sent it through UPS for another $100. When the driver delivered the cart he told me if we asked he would have taken the battery charger at no additional cost.

Ted is complete Lair, He wanted us to ship his portable battery with the golf cart and we have explained to him that we aren't able to move side freight. We can transport your Golf Cart and that's the only thing we agreed on. We never agreed to move his Battery. Currently from Florida it's taking quite sometime specially when a customer isn't looking to spend no more than $450.00 He is pissed that because we he had to pay separate for his battery. We still located a carrier and called him 6-14-2017 if he is still interested in a transport service and he said Yes if I have a confirmed driver. So he agreed to the service and paid $100 deposit. The Golf Cart was delivered by our carrier on 6-15-2017 less than 18 hours from pickup to delivery. This Guy is Complete Lair, I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time with him.
