This was my first experience with auto transportation, I am glad i found this page. After receiving multiple quotes, I used Honesty First Auto Transportation and they booked me with Artdon. When I see the prior review by a dealer at Chicago, I was really worried. There was only one review which was negative. But it seemed like the there was some internal conflicts in the review, so many negative comments but there was not solid fact. So I decide to talk to customer rep at Honesty First. Jennifer at H First Auto. She is trully a very nice and knowledgeble person. She checked their internal reviews for Artdon, which had no problem, she also checked broker to broker reviews about Artdon, no problem. So I give him the business. He picked up the car exact date he said. He was scheduled to deliver the car on Friday, but he told me on Thursday he can actually deliver today. So he delivered the car at evenning, which worked me best so I do not need to take time off from my job. There was not any problem with the car other than some bugs on the bumber. I got chance to talked to him, his name is Art and a very nice person. I also mentioned to him about the negative review he had. He wasnot aware of the web page. He told me his version of the experience and I think it adds up though I will not get into details.

Also note, he is using a four car trailer. I think it makes it more time efficient. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I got. I would recommend Art if you have a transportation need.
