I hired Around the World Auto Carriers on 10/14/13, Krystal Pierce was the person I dealt with. She sent me a contract to pick up our car from New Jersey to California, the car was to be picked on 10/28 or 10/29. They collected their broker payment of $200.00, before they collected the payment and I had signed out, she called me almost everyday to follow up.
Once she collected the money, they disappeared. Long story short, the day of the pick up was approaching, I called, wrote emails, but response from anyone. I had to hassled to find another company to bring out car to Calif. as we were moving and leaving New Jersey on 10/30/13. I hired another company, who showed up on time, picked up the car and delivered the car in 4 days.
Meanwhile, Krystal called me to tell me she had finally been able to find a car to transport my car, but that wasn't until 11/4/13. Our car had already been picked up by the second company we hired and it was going to be delivered the next day, so obviously it was too late.
I asked that they refund our $200.00, she said she would. I have followed up numerous times, and no refund yet. Krystal has written 2 emails to me, saying she has credited my account, "twice" but my bank has said no $200 credit has come in.
This people are dishonest, they will take your money and run. Do not use this company, they will never show up and they will take your money.
