1. Krystal told me $700 then charged me $800. Then she told me that the driver was leaving by Friday, he told me he was not going to be leaving until Sunday. My car gets to my area that following Thursday. I call the driver on Thursday inquiring for my car. He said it is in Philadelphia. So I called Ground Force. They tell ME that they can NOT locate my car. WTFront Door!!!

So the guy said he will call me back. Of course he did NOT call me back. So I called him back in 20 mins. Then he tells me his tow truck is having mechanical problems. And no one is driving to MY area. BTW, it is only a TWO hour drive.

I called Krystal, NO answer. i sent her an email inquiring for her to call me. NO phone call. When Krystal wanted her money, she made sure to contact me and answer me promptly. However, when I was having difficulties with the driver, Krystal does not answer so promptly anymore.

I received my car the following Monday on February 4. I did not get a reimbursement for the lateness and for their inconvenience. AND I still gave the driver a tip.

I've dealt with a transport company and my car was received in 4 days. This was BEYOND an inconvenience. My car could have been chopped up for all I know.

I'm happy my car is safe and sound, nonetheless. Customer service was not up to par. AND now Krystal is trying to get my review deleted saying I was never a customer. Meanwhile, I have email confirmation. SKETCHY

CHANTAL KNEW VERY WELL THAT IT WAS SNOW BIRD SEASON. NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS ALSO LISTED ON THE BOARD WITH 2 OTHER BROKERS. WE ACTUALLY FEEL PROUD THAT OUT OF 3 COMPANIES TRYING TO MOVE THE VEHICLE WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE DRIVERS ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO MEET EVERYONE'S REQUIREMENTS BUT THE WEATHER PLAYS A BIG ROLE. AS FOR THE PRICE CHANGE SHE WAS TRIPLE BROKERED AND NEEDED THE CAR PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY THEREFORE HER ORDER WAS EXPEDITED AND SHE AGREED TO PAY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. OUR COMPANY DOES NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT UP FRONT FOR THIS VERY SAME REASON. UNLIKE OTHER BROKERS WE DO NOT TIE A CUSTOMER DOWN TO OUR COMPANY BY OBLIGATING THEM TO PAY A DEPOSIT UP FRONT. WE WORK ON THE ORDER AND IF YOU AGREE TO THE PRICE AND THE AVAILABILITY THEN WE TAKE A DEPOSIT AND PROVIDE THE DRIVER'S INFORMATION. UNFORTUNATELY SITUATIONS OCCUR AND WE CANNOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. THIS WAS A LESSON LEARNED FOR US AS WELL. WE OVER WORKED ON HER ORDER EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD OTHERS WORKING ON IT AND WE ARE PROUD TO SAY THAT WE WERE THE ONES TO GET IT DONE.
