i haven't been able to get in contact with the company. i paid the deposit with a visa card. I called visa and they are crediting me the amount and taking the money out of ATG. Even better, if ATG disputes it, i can finally get in contact with them.
I hope you all can do the same thing. I paid in October and just now am getting the refund.
