Placed order 1 month ahead of time, assured would be picked up and delivered on specific date. We called to confirm, everything was fine. Driver never showed up, no calls. At 6pm that night,when we finally got through, they couldn't tell us why, maybe the driver didn't have enough vehicles to transport and was waiting around to get more. Couldn't tell us how long that would be....are you kidding me???? We were assured SEVERAL times the pick up and delivery times would be exact, since we were flying to CO to pick up the vehicle. 2 days later, still can't get through, so my husband had to drive it 17 1/2 hours to make it to the airport to pick up myself and our kids. Of course they are not answering when we call to request our deposit back, in fact we called again last night and it said the phone number is no longer a working number. HMMM, CROOKS!!!! Need to be shut down NOW!
