ANOTHER CUSTOMER RIP OFF

ON 10,29,2009 I WAS CONTRACTED BY AROUND THE GLOBE AUTO TRANSPORT .LLC ABOUT DELIVERY OF MY CAR FROM OHIO TO TENN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD COST 370.00 AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 190.00 DEPOST WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD. THE REP TOLD ME THAT A CARRIER WOULD BE THERE WHITHIN 3 DAYS WELL THE CARRIER NEVER CALLED. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS HARD TO GET TO GET A CARRIER IN THE MIDWEST AND IF I DIDN'T HAVE A CARRIER THERE IN 10 DAYS I WOULD GET MY REFUND BACK. EVERYDAY WITHIN THE 10 DAYS I CALLED AROUND THE GLOBE TRANSPORT TO SEE IF THEY HAD A CARRIER BUT THEY KEPT TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON GETTING A CARRIER . eVERY TIME i WOULD CALL THE COMPANY i WOULD BE PUT ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE I WOULD GET A REP ON THE LINE. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF 190.00 i HAVE CALLED AROUND THE GLOBE AUTO TRANSPORT AND THE ANSWER I GET THAT IT'S IN BILLING SO DOES THAT MEAN THAT IT'S HARD TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK TO THE PEOPLE IN THE MIDWEST. I AM GOING TO KEEP CALLING AND SENDING EMAILS TO SEE IF I GET MY DEPOST BACK. THAT MAY NOT WORK BUT I GOT TO TRY SOMETHING
