not BBB accredited & WORST service EVER

I also called in late October after getting their low bid to move my pickup truck from CA to NY. The man I talked with, Shawn Parker, was very nice and assured me that my SUV would be picked up on November 17th and delivered door-to-door to my new home. I signed and faxed them back a contract and gave them a deposit of $190; which was the last time I continuously heard from them! All other phone calls have been ME calling THEM, though the dispatch department ALWAYS say they will call me back.

They did not show up or call, day after day. I called them every day, and their phone service is extremely horrible! You get voice mail, get put on hold for hours, get disconnected multiple times and have to call back and wait forever again! Then they tell you that they will pick up your vehicle the next day, and they do NOT or even let you know. Finally after 7 days of hearing the same excuses, I requested to cancel their services. Once again, I was told they will call back in an hour regarding my refund & never did I get that call. I called back & 3x got hanged up on EACH time I mentioned "refund".

I am totally disgusted! I emailed Shawn, his manager, Jade (which I now question if she really exist because Parker "is" Shawn's last name & most of their emails are their first names), but not to my surprise, I still do NOT have an answer.

When I called & canceled on Nov. 24th, I contacted A ACROSS USA AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. & spoke with Corey. Not even 3 hours after we spoke, he had a driver to pick up my car that next day! Now that is what I call service! And to top it off, the driver told me my car would arrive to me in 5 days! I am beside myself for not going with them in the first place. SHAME ON YOU AROUND THE GLOBE!!!
