This company is currently being reviewed by the US department of transportation. You can contact them and check on any complaint at http://nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov/HomePage.asp (703-280-8800 contact James Duboise). Under their contract listed MC # they are using a misleading number of a company that went bankrupt Oct 2008. My personal experience is HORRID! They never followed up, confirmed or called unless I reached out. Would not refund the deposit unless I gave them 10 days to find someone. Never render service and wanted to charge $100 more for the late service. I waited on the phone for up to 40 minutes and then got cut off. Then was told they are experience "phone problems." I had placed my order 3 weeks in advance and still they could not "find someone." They never honor their quote or follow through with service; even after speaking with their CEO (Jade Parker). Supposedly, my route is unusual, despite it going from a major to city to another (DC - > MPS).

BEWARE of the contract- it's really not one because of the clauses that allow them to change it at ANYTIME. This includes time of pick up (if they ever come), deliver date, and any other terms that may benefit them. My order got escalated to the "CEO" (Jade Parker) and after a long verbose list of excuse was not assured of anything. The email received from the CEO was filled with numerous typos and grammatical errors. My experience with this company has been very unprofessional and a big waste of time. I sought legal counsel and yet nothing was render. Take my advice and DO NOT utilize this company. The gas voucher is a SCAM as well. They will lie, give excuses and change the agreed terms with you.
